• What to wear... trainers or shoes you feel comfortable moving around in

• Is it suitable for all levels of fitness? Yes. I have many years experience of teaching everyone from newbies to fit pros. I will tailor the class for those attending.

• Bring along... a bottle of water and maybe a sweat towel 

• Can I do it seated? Yes! We welcome all levels of mobility 

• Do we have to lie on the floor? No, it's all standing (or seated if you need to).

• If I forget my water can I get some somewhere? Yes the kitchen is open so you can get a glass of water from there.

• Are you qualified and insured? Yes and we are also first aid trained and on the UK Register of Exercise Professionals (CIMSPA). 

• Can children (or vulnerable adults) attend and join in? No. 

• Who will be attending? As I regularly coach mainly women who are looking to lose weight, those are the sort of people who attend, however it is open to everyone.

• I can't attend this day, where can I find out details of the future events? Join our mailing list and I'll let you know, when our next event will be > Mailing List

• How many people will be at the event? We are hoping to have 20 to 30 people dancing.

• Will I have to have my photo/video taken during the day? No. I usually take one group photo, however it is optional to be in this photo and I will ask before taking it. Please email me below before the event is you have any safeguarding concerns. 

• Are payments refundable? No, as the biggest cost is hall rental and tshirts, which are prepaid at least 6 weeks before the event, however the other funds will still be donated to charity.

• Do you have an example of the class? Yes...

Venue FAQ

1. Where can I park? There is free car park at the front of the centre and there is also free pull in places around the area.

2. Where do I go inside the building? The club is held in the main hall, which is on the right as you go in. 

3. Do you have disabled/wheelchair access? Yes the brand new building is mobility friendly and has disabled parking and a disabled toilet.

4. Is there somewhere I can change my clothes? Yes the toilets can be used.

5. Is there a cafe/restaurant nearby the center? The Stenson Fields pub and restaurant is just a 7 minute walk away. The Stenson Bubble Pub/Restaurant, Stenson Lock Cafe and ASDA with its array of eateries, are all 20 minutes walk away.
