Do I get a 1:1 with the coach? The club is centered around the group discussion, however if you have something personal you would like to discuss on a one to one basis, please let me know and I will arrange a time we can speak prively (If you would prefer a weekly private coaching session, this is also available, please ask me for more details).
What nutrition plan to you recommend? It's all about tweaking what you eat now and moving towards simple whole foods that are quick and easy to prepare, plus meals you enjoy eating.
